FAQcommon questions

Questions before you try Pebble.

A short guide to what Pebble does, how it fits into document-heavy legal work, and what clients see when they upload documents.

01

What does Pebble do?

Pebble gives lawyers one place to collect client documents, review what has been uploaded, and keep each matter moving without managing files through email.

02

How does Pebble review documents?

You tell Pebble the things you want checked. Pebble reads the upload and surfaces the information you requested. Pebble can review documents with hundreds of pages in any language and pull out the information you want to see. The final judgement always stays with you.

03

What kind of legal work is Pebble built for?

Pebble is built for document-heavy legal work: matters where clients need to upload evidence, replace files, answer follow-up questions, and get documents ready for lawyer review.

04

What can clients see?

Clients only see their own portal and the document requests assigned to them. They can upload files, see what is still needed, and respond when something needs attention.

05

Where are documents stored?

Documents are stored on European infrastructure and are encrypted in transit and at rest. Our policies page explains the current privacy, data processing, and subprocessor details.

06

Can I try Pebble before committing?

Yes. Pebble is currently in free for early teams. You can create your workspace now or try the live demo from the website.
